Katlyn Property Management was established on January 5, 2016, and has proudly served property owners and residents throughout the area ever since. Our office has been located at our current location at 1100 Austin Ave in Albion since Fall 2017.
We are a locally owned and operated company, and our team is made up of local employees who live and work in the communities we serve. We take pride in providing personalized service and building lasting relationships with both property owners and residents.

One of the things that sets us apart is that our website is always kept up to date. If a property is listed on our website, it is currently available. We make every effort to update our listings promptly, eliminating the delays that are often found on other rental websites.
