Trackside Eatery is Hiring: Line Cook We're looking for a solid Line Cook to join the team at Trackside Eatery in Albion. This is a true cooking position — not just a prep role. You need to know your way around a flat top, fryer, and pizza oven. Experience with pizzas is a big plus. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week, and we need someone who can hold their own on the line and stay productive when it’s not busy. What the job really looks like: Some days are slammed with back-to-back tickets, big tables, and the usual kitchen chaos. Other days are quiet, and you might go stretches without a single ticket. Either way, we expect you to stay busy — cleaning, prepping, restocking, helping the next shift succeed. There’s a time to lean, and there’s a time to clean.
